• 3 large eggs
• 60ml whole milk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 tablespoons caster sugar
• 2 tablespoons maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 6 slices challah bread
1. In a medium bowl, add the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, sugar, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg and mix until evenly combined.
2. Preheat the Ninja Ceramic 24cm Fry Pan over medium heat. Soak the challah bread in the egg mixture, then place it in the preheated pan. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3. When the French toast is cooked, place it on a plate. Serve with your favourite topping.
