Guilt Free Raspberry & Basil Gelato

This simple guide helps you prepare a hearty and delicious gelato every time!

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Plant Based Milk (I used coconut)
  • 1/3 cup Raspberries
  • 1 tsp Basil, finely chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 3 tbsp Sugar (I used coconut)

Methods

1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients.

2. Pour mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi tub. Place lid and freeze for 24 hours.

3. Remove tub from freezer and remove lid. Select Gelato function and allow your CREAMi to do its magic!

4. Once creamed, scoop and serve immediately.
