Ingredients

  • 7g active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of caster sugar
  • 240ml warm water (45°C)
  • 105ml olive oil
  • 385g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Methods

  1. Install the Stacked Dough Blade in the 2.1L Processor Pitcher which is part of the Ninja Foodi Power Blender Ultimate System. Place the yeast, sugar, and warm water in the pitcher and allow to sit for 5 minutes.

  2. After 5 minutes, add the olive oil, flour, and salt. Install the lid, then select DOUGH and press START/STOP.

  3. Once formed, remove the dough ball from the pitcher and knead for two minutes.

  4. Place the dough ball in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and allow it to rise for 45 minutes or until the dough has doubled in size.

  5. Once the dough has risen, preheat the oven to 220°C. Roll the dough out into a 30cm round and place it on a greased baking sheet.

  6. Add your favourite pizza toppings and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
