Methods

  1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (fan-forced). Line two baking trays with baking paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.

  2. Install the dough blade in the 2.1 L Power Pitcher in the Ninja Foodi Power Blender Ultimate System. Add the butter and sugar.

  3. Secure the lid, select DOUGH, and press START/STOP.

  4. Once the program is complete, add the flour and run the DOUGH program again. Scrape down the sides of the pitcher to ensure everything is well incorporated.

  5. Use a 30ml cookie scoop to portion the dough onto the prepared trays. Lightly press down on each ball to flatten slightly.

  6. Bake until golden brown, turning the trays halfway through. This should take approximately 5 minutes on each side.
