Bacon Brownie

 

Ingredients

250g butter

4 eggs

½ cup cocoa powder

1 ½ cups white sugar

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 cup standard flour

1 tsp baking powder

½ cup chocolate chips

8 pieces of grilled bacon, finely chopped

 

Method

*Turn your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven dial to Bake, fill your pellet hopper with Ninja Woodfire Pellets, then click the Woodfire button and set your temperature to 180℃ for 25 minutes. Press the Start button.

*Melt butter in a mixing bowl then add cocoa, sugar and vanilla essence

*Add eggs, then sift in flour and baking powder and mix well

*Place the brownie mixture in a baking tray, with baking paper on the base of your Ninja Pro Heat Pan. Sprinkle your finely chopped bacon pieces on top

*Once your Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Oven has reached the temperature, place the brownie inside and cook

*Rest for an hour or until the brownie has firmed up. Slice and serve
