Mexican Corn on the Cob Recipe

Ingredients

4 corn cobs

⅓ cup crumbled fetta

3 tablespoons of coriander, chopped

 

Sauce: 

⅓ cup sour cream

⅓ cup whole egg mayo

1 teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon chilli powder

2 cloves garlic, crushed

 

Directions

1.  Shuck the corn, and place onto the grill in the Ninja Foodi. Cook on Max for 10 minutes. Turning the corn at the 5 minute mark.

 

2.  While the corn is cooking, make the sauce. Mix the mayo, sour cream, garlic, paprika, and chilli powder together.

 

3. Once the corn is cooked, drizzle with the sauce, and then top with feta and coriander. Serve while hot.
