We are aware that some of our customers have been impacted by delays to orders placed via our online store.

We recently changed to a new warehouse and logistics partner to provide better customer service experience long term. Regrettably, during this transition we have encountered some technical complications, coupled with unprecedented demand, that have impacted some of the orders that were placed in June.

As a company that prides itself on its customer service, we are extremely disappointed that we haven’t been able to deliver the service levels that we are usually known for, and that our customers expect of us. We will endeavour to make this up to every customer who has been impacted. Our customer service team is in the process of reaching out to every individual that has been impacted via the contact information that was supplied.

Future orders will be processed as normal as we have rectified the technical issues causing the delays. Any current orders not yet fulfilled will be resolved as quickly as possible.

Once again, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience to impacted customers and we are working to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.
